I ate at a good restaurant for the price. The location was marvellous and the room was clean.

In overall the room was reasonably spacious and with 2 twin beds. The location was unbeatable and awesome, at a short distance from a home field. Bars and restaurants were also within walking distance of the hotel.

A safe, television and a fridge in the room, convenient location.

The location was best possible and peaceful, for example, a home field was within easy walking distance of the hotel. The venue was in an excellent area. The restaurant was good for the price, I tried delicious dishes.

In the city centre

No breakfast included in the room... At 25 dollars to 2.. That's a lot of money for breakfast.

The rooms are brand-new, the bar is great.

location is very central, great!. bedrooms are very spacious. there are coffee machines in the rooms. breakfast buffet also includes a waffle machine.

breakfast:. breakfast room was tiny compared to the size of the hotel. 30 minutes before the end of the breakfast time, room was packed and one had to wait at the buffet at each place. it is a pity that so much disposable dishes are used (plastic cups for coffee, for juice etc. choice of food is small. there are dishes for vegetarians and people who want to eat something healthy: zero!. room:. rooms had a balcony, unfortunately the door (and no window for ventilation) could be opened. coffee machines in the rooms were only equipped with 1x caffeinated and 1x decaffeinated coffee. parking is only possible for a high fee.

We stayed for a night and loved the convenient location across from the concert venue. It was perfect for us, especially with the variety of dining options nearby. Plus, the walk to Playhouse Square was an easy breeze for our family to catch a live show.

In my wife's opinion, the parking options could have been more family-friendly. It would have been great to see a dedicated family parking area for easier access.

location is downtown, many restaurants and bars, just across the street the baseball stadium of the cleveland indians and mortgage fieldhouse. hotel makes a good impression in the lounge,

unfortunately, the rooms are relatively old and in need of renovation. the breakfast buffet was a disaster - the staff suited the occasion. had a room at the end of the corridor, the water pressure in the shower was not sufficient

Unfriendliness at the reception. Despite booking, there was no room available for us on the day of arrival (we had booking confirmation)

We loved lounging in the beautiful outdoor courtyard and watching the sunset after a fun day out. The fitness center had all the gear we needed for a quick workout, and the common lounge area was perfect. The only bummer was that we had a minor hiccup with the room not having enough towels at first, but it was quickly sorted out 😊

Geographical location. Close to restaurants and baseball park.

Service at the hotel diner is rotten. Tiny bathroom but the room was clean.

The proximity to Progressive Field and Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse. Valet parking offered an affordable alternative to game day parking, great to relax before the event.

The room lacked some attention to detail that would elevate the stay.
